VISION
It is the God-given intention/vision of NBCMI to proclaim Jesus Christ as LORD, Redeemer, & Savior of the world; as the manifested Word of God (the Word became flesh and dwelt among us); and as Head of the Church [the Body of Christ] in Whom all the FULLNESS of the Deity [Father, Son and Holy Spirit] lives.
Our vision is deeply rooted in the belief that Christ’s transformative power extends to every facet of life, offering both spiritual renewal and practical guidance. At NBCMI, we strive to be vessels through which this transformative power manifests, guiding individuals to a fuller understanding of their identity in Christ and equipping them to live out their God-given purpose.
Thus, our vision-goal is not to only present the lost to a salvation knowledge of Christ and His full Gospel [Good News]; but to bring revelation-understanding to the Body through His Spirit—the Holy Spirit of Truth, Wisdom, and Revelation that we are the righteousness of Christ (He Himself making us righteous) by faith and through the overpowering grace of God; and giving us His very Spirit of Whom we are (through His shed blood and resurrection) baptized (immersed, filled) in. As His Body, this is by which and how we not only can, but should be walking in ALL THE FULLNESS that Christ’s salvation [soteria/ sozo] has provided—all through His finished work. Therefore, we are to exemplify the power and authority that Jesus Christ walked in while on earth and then provided and transferred for all those who believe and trust in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit at His Resurrection and Ascension.
Through the ministry of NBCMI, we aim to inspire and empower believers to embrace the fullness of Christ’s finished work and teachings. By offering spiritual guidance, biblical education, and a nurturing community, NBCMI seeks to provide a pathway for individuals to deepen their relationship with Christ and experience His transformative presence in both their spiritual and daily lives.
In short, the vision of NBCMI is to spread and teach with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power the FULLNESS OF CHRIST TO, FOR, AND IN HIS BODY for such a time as this.
VISION SCRIPTURES
Colossians 2:9-10 AMPC—“For in Him the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead) continues to dwell in bodily form [giving complete expression of the divine nature].
10 And you are in Him, made full and having come to fullness of life [in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead—Father, Son and Holy Spirit—and reach full spiritual stature]. And He is the Head of all rule and authority [of every angelic principality and power].”
Ephesians 1:15-23 AMP—“For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God’s people, 16 I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers; 17 [I always pray] that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may grant you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation [that gives you a deep and personal and intimate insight] into the true knowledge of Him [for we know the Father through the Son]. 18 And [I pray] that the eyes of your heart [the very center and core of your being] may be enlightened [flooded with light by the Holy Spirit], so that you will know and cherish the hope [the divine guarantee, the confident expectation] to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints (God’s people), 19 and [so that you will begin to know] what the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His [active, spiritual] power is in us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of His mighty strength 20 which He produced in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His own right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all rule and authority and power and dominion [whether angelic or human], and [far above] every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and world but also in the one to come. 22 And He put all things [in every realm] in subjection under Christ’s feet and appointed Him as [supreme and authoritative] head over all things in the Church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills and completes all things in all [believers].”
THE FULLNESS IS . . .
Fullness refers to completeness, wholeness.
Dictionary definitions describe the FULLNESS as: Containing all that is normal or possible; complete in every particular; to complete extent—entirely. Complete—to make whole; total; finish.
Strong’s (4138) definition of FULLNESS in the New Testament as the Body of Believers who are filled with the presence, power, agency, riches of God and of Christ, completeness, and abundance.
Strong’s words for fullness (#4138) comes from a root word (#4137) which means to make full, to fill up, i.e. to fill to the full; to cause to abound, to furnish or supply liberally; I abound, I am liberally supplied; to render full, i.e. to complete; to fill to the top: so that nothing shall be wanting to full measure, fill to the brim; to make complete in every particular, to render perfect; to carry through to the end, to accomplish, carry out, (some undertaking); to carry into effect, bring to realization, realize; to fulfill, i.e. to cause God’s will (as made known in the law) to be obeyed as it should be, and God’s promises (given through the prophets) to receive fulfillment.
This completeness is not just an abstract concept, but a living reality meant to permeate every aspect of a believer’s life. To walk in this fullness requires a deep and abiding connection with Christ—a connection that transforms thought patterns, renews the spirit, and aligns actions with divine purpose. It is a journey of growth, obedience, surrender, and empowerment that unfolds through the work of the Holy Spirit, who equips and enables us to live out this fullness daily.
THE MISSION OF NBCMI: ATTAINING TO THE FULLNESS IN CHRIST FOR THE BODY OF CHRIST
NBCMI is not a church entity—it is a ministry and institute that is in place by the mandate of the Holy Spirit to come alongside, help, encourage, strengthen, support, and empower Christ’s Church [His Body] to walk in the FULLNESS of Christ in this Hour.
It is important to know and remember that this life on earth is only a very tiny portion or part of our life in respect to eternity. If we are in Christ, our life continues forever on into eternity. Thus, while on this earth we experience obvious limitations due to our earthly bodies, yet God the Father through the resurrection power of His Son Jesus Christ and the demonstration of His Holy Spirit has provided a certain “fullness” (found in Salvation) that we are indeed to attain to here and now. This FULLNESS is given us (in our born-again spirit) and therefore, it is to grow and flow in and through us that we . . .

Biblical New Testament principles of the FULLNESS OF CHRIST are accomplished in and through us through:
- Being born-again;
- Engaging in the reading, study, and meditation of the Scriptures.
- The baptism/infilling of Holy Spirit producing God’s power, presence, truth, guidance and leading;
- Engaging in a life of Praise and Worship
- Engaging in Prayer and Intercession
- Apprehending personal Healing and Deliverance (Freedom)
- Engaging in Discipleship: developing, transforming, renewing into a spiritually mature person
- Engaging with the Prophetic Voice of God
- Having a knowledge and operations of the three areas of God-given Gifts in and to us which ultimately are to operate through us: the 5-fold motivational gifts; and the manifestation gifts of the Holy Spirit
To bridge the gap between these principles and their application, believers and church leaders must prioritize intentional spiritual development. This involves creating opportunities for individuals to grow in their faith, fully embrace their spiritual gifts, and align their lives with the transformative work of the Holy Spirit. By fostering an environment that nurtures spiritual maturity, church leadership can empower congregations to live out their divine purpose and embody the fullness of Christ in every aspect of life.
To address this significant gap in understanding and practice, it is imperative then for believers and church leadership to embrace intentional spiritual training and development. A renewed focus on training individuals and leaders to operate in the fullness of the Holy Spirit ensures that foundational truths are not only understood but actively lived. This begins by cultivating an environment where spiritual growth is prioritized, and the diverse gifts offered by the Holy Spirit are fully recognized and utilized.
Churches must move beyond merely acknowledging these gifts to fostering their activation and integration into daily faith practices. Through teaching, mentorship, and intentional discipleship, congregations can be equipped to walk in spiritual maturity, embracing their roles within the Body of Christ. This transformative process challenges believers to engage deeply in their faith, allowing them to experience the fullness of God’s power and purpose in their lives.
True spiritual maturity requires dedication not only to personal development but also to the collective journey of the Church as a unified body. By embracing the prophetic, intercession, and the activation of diverse spiritual gifts, this pursuit of spiritual fullness equips the Church to rise to its potential, reflecting God’s glory in both individual lives and the global community.
THE MISSION OF NBCMI TO THE CHURCH—THE BODY OF CHRIST
Debra has dedicated 25 years of her ministry career of over 50 years to studying specifically the Fullness and developing this Truth for the Body of Christ. She believes that the Holy Spirit is guiding the Church to become a pure and spotless Bride for His Second Coming and a powerful Body as His ambassadors, fostering UNITY within His Body.
This mission aims to bridge the gap between belief and practice by equipping churches to walk in spiritual maturity and embrace the gifts and truths offered by the Holy Spirit. With a focus on discipleship and the empowerment of the prophetic, NBCMI seeks to renew the Church’s understanding of living in the fullness of Christ.
The journey towards fullness begins with a commitment to fostering spiritual growth and enabling individuals to embrace their divine purpose. By engaging in intentional practices, such as deepening the understanding of spiritual gifts and nurturing an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit, the Church can reconnect with its foundational truths. Educating leaders and providing congregations with the necessary wisdom to navigate these spiritual dimensions is vital for advancing the mission and preparing the Church to fulfill its destiny.
NBCMI believes that spiritual growth is both personal and collective, aiming to deepen the Church’s understanding of its calling. By focusing on often overlooked areas like spiritual gifts, prophecy, and intercession, NBCMI helps believers fully express their faith.
This vision emphasizes unity in the Body of Christ, valuing diversity while upholding core truths. Through services, workshops, teachings, and prophetic encounters, NBCMI encourages bold steps to rediscover and embody Gospel truths, preparing the Church for the Second Coming of Christ.
NBCMI aims to help individuals live according to their spiritual calling by promoting an understanding of spiritual development grounded in both practice and doctrine. This method encourages deeper engagement within the Church and highlights the importance of the Holy Spirit in effectively living out the principles of the Gospel.
At the heart of this mission is the belief that spiritual gifts are not merely dormant attributes but active tools designed to glorify God and serve the Body of Christ. NBCMI emphasizes that these gifts, when properly understood and activated, are instrumental in shaping a vibrant Church capable of reflecting Christ’s glory. The intentional activation of the 5-fold ministry, motivational gifts, and the manifestation gifts provides a framework for believers to walk in alignment with God’s plans, fostering growth and unity.
Additionally, NBCMI highlights the role of intercession and prophetic ministry in bringing clarity and direction to both individual lives and the collective Church. By embracing these often underutilized aspects of faith, believers gain insight into God’s purposes, allowing them to navigate spiritual challenges with confidence and conviction.
NBCMI also seeks to engage the global Church in its mission, recognizing that Christ’s Body transcends geographical boundaries and cultural differences. Through partnerships with international ministries, NBCMI fosters a collaborative environment aimed at addressing the unique challenges faced by believers across the world. This global perspective underscores the universality of the Gospel and the shared calling of the Church to be a light in a world in need of redemption.
Moreover, NBCMI places a strong emphasis on the importance of mentorship and generational discipleship. The organization encourages seasoned believers to guide and nurture younger generations, ensuring the continuity and expansion of spiritual maturity within the Church. By fostering relationships that bridge generational divides, NBCMI aims to create a legacy of faithfulness and spiritual growth that echoes through time.
Ultimately, the mission of NBCMI is not merely about informing or instructing; it is a transformative journey that invites the Church to embrace its divine identity and calling. Through deep spiritual engagement and intentional activation of gifts, NBCMI aspires to equip believers to walk confidently in their faith, becoming true ambassadors of Christ in every sphere of life. As the Church embraces this mission, it becomes a radiant example of unity, maturity, and divine purpose, prepared to fulfill its destiny in anticipation of Christ’s Return.
The impact of NBCMI’s ministry is felt not only within the walls of the Church but also in the broader community, as it inspires believers to embody the principles of love, service, and justice. By encouraging individuals to recognize their unique roles in God’s kingdom, NBCMI fosters a culture of action that extends beyond spiritual practices into tangible expressions of faith in everyday life. This holistic approach ensures that the Church remains relevant and transformative in a rapidly changing world, standing as a beacon of hope and restoration.
Through immersive training sessions and interactive workshops, NBCMI provides tools and resources to empower believers to discern and pursue their spiritual callings with clarity and purpose. These initiatives are designed to address both the intellectual and spiritual dimensions of faith, helping participants grow in wisdom while deepening their connection to the Holy Spirit. NBCMI’s programs serve as a catalyst for personal and communal revival, equipping the Church to thrive in its mission to reflect Christ’s love and truth.
As NBCMI continues to expand its outreach, the organization remains committed to fostering strong partnerships with local and international ministries. These collaborations amplify the reach and effectiveness of NBCMI’s mission, uniting diverse voices in a shared pursuit of God’s kingdom. Together, these efforts create a powerful movement that transcends borders, unifying believers in an unprecedented display of faithfulness and dedication to God’s purposes.
